Your data is processed and stored on Amazon Web Services servers in the United States. By using our Site from outside the United States, you consent to this data transfer and processing. We use cookies (small data files stored on your computer) to deliver our services and enhance your user experience. Our cookies help identify visitors and give you easy access to your files. You may need to enable cookies to use the Site. We take security seriously and have implemented measures to protect user information. However, no system is completely secure. We cannot guarantee that your information will be 100% protected from unauthorized access.



Account Cancellation or Termination

If you cancel your account or it's terminated for violating the Terms of Service, we may retain some information in backup or archival copies. We will make reasonable efforts to delete your information as soon as possible.

We may share your personal information with trusted third parties who are essential to our operations, including partners, payment processors, and verification services. Your data may be stored on servers outside of AuditVista's direct control, such as with hosting providers.
